We ship Canada Wide from our location in Ontario, typically same day if the order is received before 3:00pm E.S.T. Mon - Fri and within 24-48 hours of receipt of order or the next business day on weekends or holidays. We use the Postal Service, FedEx, Purolator Express and Canpar because they offer the most competitive rates along with the fastest delivery times and they deliver to almost every address. Only Canada Post delivers to PO Boxes. All products on our website are intended for use by those of legal age only, by agreeing to these terms before purchase you are verifying that you are of legal age in your province.

Ultra Discrete Packaging:

All orders from CBDexpressHQ ship in plain cardboard boxes. The boxes carry no identifying external markings besides the minimum postal information required for delivery. The sender will be listed as identify

We subsidize all shipping fees so you pay less than our actual cost. All shipping fees include basic insurance coverage and fuel surcharges. Applicable taxes will be applied to all domestic shipping charges.

Free Shipping:

Our $130.00+ (pre-tax) Free Expedited Shipping via Canada Post within Canada promotion and code specials include Nunavut, Yukon, and NWT. Our $250.00+ (pre-tax) Free Next Business Day Express Shipping within Canada promotion and code specials do not include Nunavut, Yukon or NWT.

Free shipping does not apply to sale items (unless stated otherwise) and is exclusive of additional oversized item charges. Oversized items will be noted within the product details page. After discounted prices are used when determining free-shipping (ie. the $130.00 must be met after all discounts have been applied in order to receive free shipping on sales items). All orders ship complete. Pre-ordered products that are placed with any (non pre-order) order will be shipped together once the pre-ordered item arrives. Partial shipped orders are permitted, however, additional shipping fees will apply. CBDexpressHQ reserves the right to alter shipping charges as circumstances warrant and to delay shipment in order to verify payment details.

Shipping Errata:

When a shipment has a tracking number and is shown as delivered on the carrier's tracking website or the delivery date has passed 3 business days beyond the maximum number of delivery days and the shipment has not yet been received, CBDexpressHQ will open an investigation with the carrier. It is the receivers responsibility to notify CBDexpressHQ within 5 business days past the expected delivery date calculated from the shipping notification email if the parcel has not yet been received.

The carriers require 5 - 10 business days to carry out their investigation, during which time no refunds or replacement items can be given. In most cases the shipment is found and quickly delivered, if the investigation result is that of a lost package, we will have a replacement order sent ASAP. CBDexpressHQ is not responsible for delayed, mis routed shipments or for packages once tracking shows as delivered. CBDexpressHQ will take no responsibility for stolen or missing packages after tracking shows it was delivered. *shipping delivery times are based on the average delivery time for the chosen service level inclusive of any weather or equipment failure delays and are not guaranteed. Next Day Delivery can take longer than one business day.

High value deliveries may require a signature upon delivery.

Refusal of Delivery:

Any order refused, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs that occur during the return delivery process.

Incorrect Shipping Information / Item Returned to Shipper:

If a package is returned to CBDexpressHQ due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer and / or the receiver not at the address given, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost.


CBDexpressHQ will not be responsible for any financial charges you may incur by your banking institution, government, delivery provider or any other charges incurred.


We offer 24 hours for an open order to be paid in full. After 24 hours the order will be automatically cancelled without notice and products returned to inventory.

Sales / Pricing / Codes

We offer 7 day price/code protection. If a product you purchased goes on sale within 7 days of your date of purchase or a discount code was not entered during checkout and it is 7 days or less from your invoice date, we will issue store credit for the difference. If a coupon code was for a product and it is 7 days or less from your invoice date we will honor the code for the product, customer will need to pay for shipping. 10.00 Minimum order.

Returns / Exchanges

We accept returns on any unused and un-opened item we sell as part of our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. Items must be returned in new unused and unopened condition in their original packaging. Return claims must be filed by contacting us within 24 hours of receipt of the item to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) and return instructions. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RMA#). We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any packages that do not have an RMA# issued. The shipping charges to return an item back to us are the customer's responsibility unless returning defective goods claimed by contacting us within 24 hours of receipt. Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee to reflect costs incurred to process the return including any charges incurred on the customers behalf and the original shipping charge if the item shipped for free. We are not responsible for items damaged through improper use.

If you need to return an item, please contact us for full instructions. Upon receipt of the above information, we will provide you with our returns address and a Return Authorization Number (RMA#). Items must be received within 15 days of receiving a Return Authorization Number (RMA#).

Please note:

  • Returned Items lost or damaged in shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be credited back to the original method of payment.
  • Credit amount for any return or exchange will be for the price of the product(s) less any applicable shipping charges; i.e. if your original order total qualified you for free shipping, but your return sets you below our free ship offer you will be credited for the item amount less the initial ship charges for that item.

Some items are subject to frequent changes and might not be exactly as illustrated and / or described.

Please allow approximately two business days for the processing of your return.
